What is your Shop Policy? PLEASE READ
1. Card on File and "No Show" Policy: All appointments require a valid card on file as part of our "No Show" policy. A "No Show" appointment refers to any appointment where the client fails to show up without prior cancellation. In the event of a "No Show," the full amount of the requested services (100%) will be charged. If any payment deficiencies occur, an invoice will be sent, and the fee must be settled before the next scheduled appointment. 2. Cancellation Policy: We encourage clients to cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance or as soon as possible. You can cancel your appointment by text or by using the confirmation email, which is sent immediately after booking. The confirmation email method is highly recommended for cancellation. 3. Late Arrival Policy: Any appointment that is more than 10 minutes late from the assigned time will be considered a "No Show."
