Cancellation/ No-Show

All Appointments must have a card on file for “No Show” policy. All appointments are encouraged to cancel 24 hours ahead of time or at earliest convenience.

Appointments can be cancelled by text, or using the confirmation email (most recommended), which is sent immediately after booking.

All “No Show” Appointments will be charged for the FULL AMOUNT OF REQUESTED SERVICES (100%).  If any deficiencies with payment occur, you will be invoiced.  The fee must be paid at or before your next scheduled appointment.

This also applies to to any appointment that is over 10 mins late from assigned time, this is considered a “No Show” and can be avoided by contacting the barber or canceling ahead of time.
